從Moritzplatz地鐵站走上來，大圓環的一角是柏林最大的藝術百貨，一整棟建築藏著在地文創品牌、是近來的文創熱點。另一角，新開的旅館招牌光鮮亮麗、遊客絡繹不絕。聞名全球的co-working space Betahaus隔著一條街相望，高級家電、汽車、網路巨擘都在裡頭找人才。
